Real-Time reporting
All stages of the asset loop are available in real time to our clients. CCS Logistics provides feedback to our clients and the ability to provide customer experience enhancements.
Independant Asset
Smartlogistix has been designed to be a complete package for the management of a clients asset loop. All information processed within the asset loop is sourced from a single constant format decided by the client.
Client portal
Each client has their own fully secured portal, which will further allow for internal security allowing for different levels of access within each department.
Stock levels
The immediate information stream available to our clients provides detailed asset information that can identify accurate profiles for client’s capital expenditure.
CCS Logistics have developed with Datamentis Limited the online management application ‘Smartlogistix‘ which can offer our clients a fully closed loop system that completely records the safe custody of our clients’ assets at every stage of the client loop in real time which would include:
- New and refurbished stocks from manufacturer
- Warehouse location and despatch to ‘ field resource ‘ and ‘ direct to site ‘
- Fully receipted stocks by field resource and direct to site with real-time online confirmation
- Inbuilt safeguards that allow field resource to complete on-site tasks only with stocks that have been receipted.
- Recoveries from the site are scanned and compared with requested task all exceptions being immediately identified and reported in real time.
- All assets tracked between warehouses and field resources for both new stocks and recoveries and direct to sites
- All tasks are completed as per our clients’ job sheets and together with any questionnaires are signed for by the client’s customer online and are available in real time to our clients with NO artificial delays.
- All assets are tracked within our warehouse facilities for all processes including refurbishments, software upgrades, quarantined assets and assets prepared for the return to manufacturer.
- All assets returned to manufacturers are automatically reported and recorded in real time supported by ‘proof of delivery ‘ information
- All refurbished assets received from manufacturers are automatically matched to their ‘ return ‘ to manufacturer
Real-Time Inventory Control. There are a variety of stock information systems in which information is presented in varying degrees of historical snapshots. The artificial delays created prevent the efficient use of both stocks and field resource. Smartlogistix provides online real-time information accessible to all operational levels, supplying critical path information enabling the maximisation of a resource. CCS Logistics can implement Economic Stock Levels for warehouse locations and field resource locations, giving online reports of stocks required on a by day basis and stocks situations that require proactive action. The reports are detailed to client’s requirements and can include product type, parts, repairs and consumables. CCS Logistics is at the forefront of such reporting.
Guaranteed Custody of All Clients Stocks. The Smartlogistix systems used by CCS Logistics provides continuous stock records both in warehouse and field locations for new, refurbished, recovered and failed stocks. Therefore our clients can perform stock audits at any time, anywhere without the need for any prior preparation. CCS Logistics take full responsibility and are fully accountable for any stock loss. We guarantee our clients’ immediate full compensation for any loss of asset processed through the Smartlogistix systems.
Electronic Customer Signature Capture. All field resource have real-time online contact to Smartlogistix. CCS Logistics provides electronic job sheets and survey request information to clients pre-agreed formats to all field resource. At the completion of each task, the field resource is required to obtain the site signature to close the task. The electronic job sheets and surveys are available immediately to the client via their Smartlogistix Portal. These and any other reports are stored and available at any time for any occasion or referral and eliminate the need for paper trail information that is always susceptible to error and loss.
